| Fort Financial Services Limited was part of the Fort Group of companies, which itself recently acquired Kensington Wealth Management s.a.r.l. - a Guernsey-based Independent Financial Adviser and Investment Manager. As both Fort Financial and Kensington Wealth have many similarities in their structure, service and range, it makes perfect sense to merge to two entities into a single company which has been called Fort Wealth Management Limited.
From the perspective of our clients, apart from an effective change of name, there will be nothing to do and there will be very little impact. All the day-to-day operations and staff will remain, other changes will be internal procedures which will strengthen and enhance the new merged company and ultimately be beneficial for our clients.
